It is way under .35. Question. I have written the company and have not gotten a response. My question to them or to you guys: 1) how many shares outstanding 2) It was indicated that it was hoped that they would become "financially compent" and have an accounting firm that would certify their findings. 3) like the guy that mentioned the wife, I have heard that the management is sharp.
Old postings at Ihub.com (where my wife post) indicate that a reverse split was done in 04/05 ? 300 to 1 leaving about 60 mil shares outstanding. This seems to be the most reliable info out there. It is rated a STOP at pinksheets.com so it is a high risk play. But the upside makes LYJN a enticing play. When they do finally report it could sky to 10-50 times current price.
