To hold or not to hold, that is the ?

    Thinking aloud:

If I sell at this point, I will suffer a loss of 90%. With my luck, a buyout might materialize.
If I don't sell at this point, the bankruptcy may become a reality causing a loss of 100%.

My past observations have shown when a firm hides vital information from investors and calls in specialists to restructure, along with an admission that bankruptcy may be inevitable... well, then it is inevitable!

The following statement made by the company does nothing to encourage investors and smacks of failure acceptance:
"August 12, 2013: We wanted you to know that the needs of our drivers are paramount to us and despite the challenges we currently face, we will continue to operate the Blink Network and maintain our Blink chargers until further notice. We urge you to visit a Blink charger today and show that you support the growth of a public charging infrastructure."

Yet, I find myself clinging to a glimmer of hope. What if the government rethinks its decision and allows ECTY to continue with funding, rather than adding another green industry to their list of failures. What if a
giant EV manufacturer such as BMW or Tesla comes along with an offer to buyout the company along with
CCGI to capture the charger sector and encourage buyers to purchase their EVs.

Wishful thinking doesn't lead to a decision. I'll hold on a bit longer with the hope that Marxe is through selling and a rise in the PPS may ensue. A big question is how much time can we expect before the bankruptcy is to be declared?

It is naive to think that any recovery may cone from a Class Action Suit. The funds are not there, and if they were, it would just go into the pockets of the attorneys, leaving you pennies.

As far as any hope in receiving money from a Class A action, fugged- about -it.,the funds are not there and the government will have first claim.
