Unless you're a big fish, I don't see how you're going to recoup any of your losses. Now with multiple firms filing class actions, the chance of anyone getting anything are slim to none. So, what's the point? If you haven't sold already, the smart money (or lack there of) is to hold long and hope for re-structuring or a hail mary. Stranger things have happened. But tying ECTY up in court will only assure one thing, absolutely zero chance of rebound. Either way, you're coming up empty.
jh. Right after the black Monday news I ended one of my posts with whats the over/under on number of lawsuits filed. Now its like 5. no one bothered to answer me boo hoo. newbie chris posted today using the word SURE... PLEASE SURE... LOL
jhfrance: Do YOU know the REAL reason law firms file unwinnable suits? It's to troll for NEW business from suckers who contact them. It only costs about $500 for an ambulance chaser to put out a PR-in return they may reap tens of thousands of dollars in new business "advising" new clients. WOW! Raped twice.
