    Deals Take Time

I think ECOtality may not file for bankruptcy if they can avoid it. If they wanted to file for bankruptcy, it's pretty easy and probably would have been filed already. I'm not saying they never will but deals take time. Just look at the Microsoft and Nokia mobile deal. They are partners and yet it felt like it took a year for the deal to surface. Talks broke down recently too but still they got a deal put together. ECOtality has alot of partners and I think we might have to be very patient here...not weeks but months, perhaps even 1-2 years. At least EV is growing, not dying.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

Sounds sensible and reasonable - and I think most of us prepare for the worst and hope for the best. 8/12 was a shock for many and it sounded rather bleak and like a done deal. As the weeks have rolled by and the share price fluctuated, the inevitability of bankruptcy began to have more of a question mark over it. I'm patient to a point and I think we can all agree that ECTY never was that good at issuing PR to smooth Investor feathers, but as the clock's been ticking, the lack of news has raised more speculation and questions than it's solved. And I agree with you, I'm sure whoever is at/has been at the table is working diligently to try to put together a deal that will stave off bankruptcy if at all possible. Today - I just needed to try being proactive I guess.
