    The mystery continues...

I called the HQ telephone number and instead of a recording, the phone was answered by Marybeth Csaby who is the assistant to Kathy Price and whom I spoke to yesterday. I questioned how she got on the line since she is located in the N.J. IR office. She couldn't explain how that happened and I know I most definitely dialed the CA office. She stated she was not made aware that ECTY is scheduled for an ER Monday, and went on to say that they no longer represent the company and did not know whose choice it was to end the relationship.Evidently the relationship was severed late yesterday or today. I called the HQ number again and left a message to return the call.. I have read many mystery novels less complex than this situation.

    • I'm getting awfully tired of being jerked around and starting to feel bipolar! If a company is set on bankruptcy they have no need for a PR or IR representation. On the other hand, if a company is being rejuvenated they would want to be represented by a company with clout, which this IR seemed to lack, and make a change.

.Who was the woman I spoke to when my call to HQ was returned yesterday? What authority does she have? I should have kept my cool instead of being swept away with the surprise of a real live voice on the other end of my phone. Anyway, maybe they might call to return my earlier call, if not Monday is just a trading day away, but I'm turning in my detective badge in any case.

I know that feel, Bro'! :) I think we're just getting tired of the whole subject. I tried initially to be patient and Zen about it, but I'm at the point where it crossed my mind to get on Linkedin and hunt Ravi Brar down to email him directly. My God, I'm like Glenn Close-ish in Fatal Attraction, "I'm not gonna be ignored, Ravi!" lol (obviously, I'm joking Guys) I think I need to get a life and stop taking being ignored so personally. I am but a drop in the bucket and besides, it was my decision to hang in. I'm just pi$$ed off at the lack of information and then the conflicting information and the fact that I feel slightly stupid for hanging in. You're right. Monday cometh.

This is so wacky, lots of conflicting info and after a brief glimmer of hope, now it's back to not feeling right. I also called the HQ number earlier but got the same incoming message as yesterday and so left yet another message requesting a call back. So what do we know now - the IR Company no longer represents ECTY. And they can't corroborate the earnings release for Monday, so I wonder who at HQ picked up your vm yesterday and called you back with that information? I'm pretty sure that we're nearing the depressing end of this saga and that's why the IR firm are no longer involved. I suppose there's a miniscule chance that if a buyout has been worked out, all support services would be on the new daddy's dime and everything under ECTY's acct would be canceled, but surely there would be a period of overlap during the transition. The volume was healthy today and yet the share price stayed static, not dropping below 0.23 until the very last plays of the day when it "shot up" tp 0.26...the whole thing is bizarre. I wasn't running Level II quotes, so couldn't see what precipitated the sudden boost - anyone got any ideas?
