I agree, I think if it's bought out, something around book value and maybe the shorts closing their positions might move it a few cents higher into .6s momentarily. If the DOE resumes payments first, then maybe it might even work towards filling the gap. There's alot of demand for the chargers in some areas and the home chargers come with a 1 year warranty. It would be awful to make those warranties worthless by bankrupting the company that was selected to manage the EV Project. The DOE, ECOtality, and whatever other parties involved should work things out so we can make progress towards achieving the goals for the bigger picture. They are limiting sales if they are slow moving towards a resolution because I would not buy a product with a warranty if I think the company might go bankrupt.
The doe resuming payments imo would be about the best as we could reasonably hope for.The nonreporting of numbers at this time is not an issue for me.Mgmt could not say anthing on a cc now anyways.The apparant basic ceasing of activities also is expected.Good work aj and ocean rn
