I think it's trying to communicate with us...all joking aside, I guess that counts as some form of news :) I'm grateful they are still attending to the support piece of the business at least. And I agree with AJ, even in the worst case scenario - the end users will be picked up by someone, the DOE will make sure of that I'm sure - whether it be by another entity swooping in to service the existing clients or even ECTY themselves if they can strike up a deal for funding. I'm glad you're not being left high and dry.
Whether they file for BK or not, the network will be maintained by DOE funding,,a buy-out, or take-over after BK. There has been too much invested and the EV makers will not sit idly by as rising gas prices create an increasing demand for their vehicles.
