No respect for minority shareholders - government abusing its 51% to act in non-commercial ways, and puppets going along with it. A disgrace! Pull the proposal before the 3 December "vote"! Listen to the sense coming from e.g. fund managers Skagen. And search google news if you are reading this and don't know what I am talking about.
