always come out ahead!

yes, this is exactly the way it works out. the
stockholders get duped by a law firm into suing themselves,
then pay big legal bills on both sides! ok,
technically, SOME of the stockholders (the ones who bought
during the "class period") are suing ALL the
stockholders, themselves included. but by the time the legal
bills are paid, it would be miracle for the suing
stockholders to come out ahead.

it is more like you have to prove your innocents..... another thing is that NOT EVERY ONE reads these boards, just because you do dose not mean everyone does

Assuming you all owned this stock when it
crashed, you are automatically part of any lawsuit that is
pending. All this bullshit solicitation that we are seeing
on this board is a way of scaring off investors. I
thought you were innocent until proven guilty, I guess
not. This company has lost more in market cap in the
last 30 days due to these announcements than any
lawsuit could ever cost.

One thing I don't understand about these lawsuits
is that if the stockholders own the company, then
stockholders in the class period are suing themselves. If the
lawsuits went directly after the executives and executives
jobs it would make more sense. IMHO

It would be
a lot better if the de minimus (small) stockholders
were able to remove from office an executive which
caused them harm or illegal action.

Those guys do seem to post here alot. Trying to
hustle a buck, I guess, just like the longs and shorts
who post on this board trying to pump the stock their
way. Again, I don't own the stock, and never did. Just
know some of the men in the company, that's why I'm
interested.

If I am wrong, I'll come back and say so. Also, I
know some of the bigwigs in the company personally,
that's why I'm interested in this little saga. I know
them, I know what kind of people they are...... figure
it out.
