I think that there's high expectations already built into the current pps. Unless they beat the street's estimate of $0.08 by a large factor the share price is going to stay flat or decline a bit. Nontheless, RAX is a great company with capable managers so for the long run (2-4 years) I see this as a good investment though wouldn't be surprise about a short-term pull-back to the $15-$16 range. JMHO
I like what I see - revenue up, margins up and earnings in line. However, the pps was a bit inflated and too optimistic. If RAX can continue to deliver like they've done the last few quarters, a pps of $20 would be justifiable by years end. A good entry point at this time might be in the $15 range.
