    • I'd say there is a good chance that the audio for Siga's arguments will be posted as it is not labeled "CONFIDENTIAL" on the calendar, when others are like on this day"

      Sentiment: Buy

    • I had been thinking about 6 months prior to calling the Del Sup Ct. yesterday. I posted this in another thread after that call:

"I just got off the phone with the someone at the court. FWIW the woman I spoke with mentioned that all non-confidential recordings are posted to the website ~ 24hrs or less following the Oral arguments date.

When asked how long it typically takes for for the court to come to a decision following the arguments, she said they normally stick to the 90 days or less guidelines. If she's correct, this would put us at or before Wednesday, April 10."

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
