It had a nice run since being under $3 in February, had to expect some "profit" taking plus all the shorts. Despite the NYT article it was a good week with the first 190,000 courses delivered to the Feds. Given the delivery, we should all be confident that the next 300,000 plus should go out on tine in the next three to six months. If the appeal brings at least some relief, the stock should do very well. Even if the judgement stands, the earnings stream from the contract will produce a EPS that should justify a much higher price. I've been involved with this company since '09 (regret not selling in the teens) and my only concern is the ownership position of Perelman, a man with a sleazy reputation and a lot of enemies. Also, the current management except for the R&D folks in OR, leave a lot to be desired.
