drod: homebuilder_watcher just posted on PIP board that a delay in the appeal decision was necessitated by C.J. Steele's absence from oral arguments; that he actually read or listened to the argument on March 5th, thus decision not likely until 30-60 days from March 5th. I thought the Court sat en banc at oral arguments.
Hey, I am fine with 30 - 60 days from March 5. You coul tell me June 1 and I would be ok with it IF I could trust that this bleeding and waiting would finally be over. This 8 years of game playin manipulation and management misconduct continues to make me sick in the head. What a joke of a stock. I am expecting a buyout at 2 bucks per share. That would serve me right.
Well, can anyone confirm if he was missing at the oral arguments? I mean, so many people have claimed to have listened extensively....was he there or not, and why wasn't this observed previously or even noted during the oral arguments?
