There you are!!! Where you been, man?!? Do you ONLY surface on marginally up days?!? I thought we were supposed to shoot thru $4 and hold?
I know what you're banking on....the fact that so many of the posters here are ignorant fools and they will have completely forgotten what you've said before, the missed predictions, etc., because they are going to want you to tell them what they want to hear, again?? Sounding a little not-so-confident today.
Dude-et, all that matters is who's ahead in the game. There are no guarantees but at least I can say my method has netted me far more money on SIGA than your method has so give it a rest. I've made a profit well into 6 figures just on SIGA, how much have you made?
I suspect at least one or two more down charges; the last will be the day of the verdict trying to shake off weak hands (of course assuming the appeal goes SIGA's way). Of course loss the appeal and we're legitimately under $3 IMO.
It has been interesting reading a couple of the reversals. Clearly a judge has the ability to get lost in the trees and miss the big picture and the appeals decision makes it clear what they missed and why. I've been impressed with the appellate decisions, how well they were reasoned. Certainly, they clearly lay out where the judge went off the rails and how to get back on correctly. IMO Parsons got so focused on SIGA's negotiating in bad faith (after of course a change in facts), that he missed the big picture. When a group of experienced judges read through Parson's analysis and compare it to existing DE. law it will be interesting to read what they have to say.
