    How does the Supreme Court react to comments about morality? Here is what Chief Justice Steele said:

    "Under Delaware law, 'bad faith is not simply bad judgment or negligence, but rather it implies the conscious doing of a wrong because of dishonest purpose or moral obliquity; it is different from the negative idea of negligence in that it contemplates a state of mind affirmatively operating with furtive design or ill will.' Not only did SIGA's negotiating position differ substantially from the LATS's terms, but also the Vice Chancellor also correctly concluded that SIGA took that position in bad faith." (p. 28, internal citation omitted)
