    • PIP clearly called it a win again and communicated that the high Court confirmed under breach of contract of a Type II preliminary agreement, expectancy damages are an available and appropriate remedy......of course they left off that the initial damages were set aside (loss) and the judge has to determine the value (if any) of contract expectation damages....so nothing new......

PIP continues to sell their position to anyone who will listen and SIGA is afraid to say anything since "anything they say can be used against them in a court of law".....maybe they should use PIP's selectve comunication techniques against them!

or maybe Parsons should realize that selective communication by PIP is far from "telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth" to anyone who will listen.......

personally I'm trading the spikes in the pps of both companies and will try to be long one or both when the final decision (Parson's or back to the Supremes) takes place....

    • That's for sure...Got an email from Todd Fromer yesterday and
they have no idea when Parsons is going to make a decision....
At least that's the company position.
I'm surprised he even answered my email.
He had nothing new to add.
