    A One Flix Pony?

    No way.

"Global consumers are using the streaming service heavily. Netflix's management disclosed in the earnings video that members streamed about 5 billion hours in the last quarter. This is up significantly from the company's previous usage update of 4 billion hours per quarter."

    IMO

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

      • Hey, mon cher #$%$ H#ol=e,
I trade for nickels, dimes & quarters but on this monkeys' nightmare caught dollars &
reinstalled short position today for the next move toward 50 cents, nickels, dimes, quarters, dollars at a time
up & down, back & forth esp after that startling 10Q & CEO report.....no products, no revenue, & " grants games loot" drying up as public scrutiny threatens exposure of "games".
        FREE THE NHP's(MONKEYS), NWAMLN?

I'd say it was & is a great call.
One pump does not a winner make for longs but sure has been & is great for a short.
Thanks for that 12% enroute to 50 cents.
Pity all those poor monkeys treated with that NHP(monkey) killer concoction.
        Keep up the good work!
$12/hour! That is the going rate for a Dull Pitchfork,NWAMLN?

        IMO

Buy a few of THE CURE or regret you did not.

      • Drod, how can you be cocky? You and I obviously don't know what we're talking about. Put your tail between your legs like I have and slither off into oblivion. We have nothing of value to suggest to anybody. By the way, I'm still holding my Netflix short. Ouch!

    • No way.

Motley Fool speculates on where FLIX is going next. See the headline there.

But they finally are on to what's ahead the next 10 years with:
"Netflix may not be aiming at the Middle Kingdom right now"

      Really?
8 million millionaires + millions with smartphones & smart TV's?

Not "right now" but just ahead.

      IMO

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

      • LoL! And I'm sure you think they can just "flip" a switch and turn that all on tomorrow. Have any idea how difficult it is to do business in other countries? And, that some actually have laws that you can't take profits out of their country? The international market is a huge one to crack, but it's a moody b1tch of a monster. Netflix can't continue to grow and expand and give away subscriptions and hide their true costs, while buying all kinds of content and paying mega bucks for them. It will all come crashing down to reality at some point. I just hope I'm still short.

      • by the way, dummy, if you take seriously ANYTHING you read on that site, you certainly are a motley fool.

      • "But they finally are on to what's ahead the next 10 years ..."

And they never even hinted at FLIX crazy India with 18 million IT workers in Bangalore alone & bazillions more of FLIX lovers throughout the country.
The Tata & Birla Families alone have enough of everything to bring NETFLIX to India.
The bidding in the "Middle Kingdom" for the privilege of bringing NETFLIX there will be fierce over the NEXT
        TEN YEARS?
        Watch & learn.

        IMO

    • And here is the future over the next ten years.

"The company's management stated in its long-term view letter to shareholders that it will spend $500 million in 2014 to market itself across the globe and attract newer subscribers. Management did state its intention to expand into newer markets in 2014, after the company did well in adding subscribers in its existing foreign markets."

Icahn loses his bet to his son?

His son has the vision & got him in the flix biz.

    • No Way.

"Netflix shares are up as RW Baird slapped a $420 price target on the stock, noting that it has become more comfortable with the risk/reward profile on Netflix and sees growth opportunities in the future. The update
comes just after the news that Netflix has signed a deal with Pay-TV provider Waoo! to add its app to set-top boxes; Waoo! boasts 270,000 customers in its native Denmark"

270, 000 new customers from Denmark today; a billion more from China/Asia over next ten years?
      Could be.
A global flix house on the cells/TV's of 2 BILLION customers over next ten years?
      Very realistic.

On January 15 AFTER the Neutraliity Ruling(which most expect will be overturned),
" MKM Partners’s Rob Sanderson, who has a Buy rating on Netflix shares, raised his price target to $440 from $370, writing that he thinks average revenue per subscriber (ARPU) will be higher than he’d initially thought: “We now incorporate some pricing power in the out-years of our earnings power scenarios. We assume domestic ARPU of $9 per mo. and int’l ARPU of $8.50 in our 6-8 yr outlook (from $8 previously for both).”
Netflix remains one of his “top picks” for 2014, given prospects for a very large subscription business worldwide
We think NFLX is in by far the best position to grow a very large, global subscription business in this emerging opportunity. The company has the lion’s share of know-how, scale advantages over other OTT providers and the most actual data on viewing behavior of any provider of video services across any platform. The base of roughly 40mn paying subscribers globally is just the beginning. We think this
business will scale to 150-175mn global subscribers over time."

More likely 1B plus global subscribers over time,NWAMLN?

      IMO

BUT BUY a few SIGA, Take Delivery, Box 'Em & be patient.........again

      • Lemme guess...you KNOW it will be over turned because you asked that high power and high priced attorney of yours again, right? I guess it is possible he's right because he certainly is DUE! You don't even own any shares do you, you lying POS? Good luck seeing $400 you moron. Here's a hint: LOW BARRIERS TO ENTRY to this industry. If they become profitable, guess what?? MORE companies will want in. You cannot possibly be as stupid as you seem on the board. then again, you likely are...

    • NO WAY!

$400 in January just minutes ago.
$400+ tomorrow, then the buzz about the need to split the shares to meet demand.
Will it be 10-1 or 20-1, then a quick move to $800?
And a Gates or Bezos or DOPEYDROD buyout?
Everyone who got a share for Christmas & the funds who finally got on board the train are enjoying!
Of course, many shorts are being destroyed,NWAMLN?

      FB has a billion users!

      • They also announced they're taking on ANOTHER $400M in debt. Watch a share issue soon to raise capital. Nothing but the usual fluff and lack of reality out of their release. What are they going to do about the ISP issue? No comment?? All they said is that they suggest their customers insist otherwise! Hysterical. When you're helpless, turn the responsibility over to the customer! By the way, there are FREE sites where you can watch movies, even new releases, like Dallas Buyers Club. Why would someone PAY for this service??
