Can any of you brilliant minds explain to this not so brilliant mind what an 'Evidentiary Hearing' is all about? Will PIP and SIGA be presenting...AGAIN..... This is nuts. Let's end this thing! Or is Parsons expected to rule? I understand PIP down today because of the FDA's decision to freeze their leading drug candidate, but is SIGA seeing an increase because of a possible positive turn by Parsons?
Given the said state of both companies, and especially PIP, and the fact PIP may never see a dime from
their "win" regardless of the outcome, I would think PIP would take 20 mil right now and walk away...No, make that run away. Time is on Siga's side. All they have to do is legally wait for PIP to go under (and that is perhaps coming faster than anyone might expect here) and the game is over...
GE capital very recently gave PIP and Siga for that matter millions of Dollars in a loan underwritten by specialists. I don't think PIP is going under so close to the finish line. Now 7 years ago you might have had a point.
Hi pretty, I think they are deciding whether he will allow additional evidence, which I am sure he will, if it slams SIGA. Then, if he decides he will allow additional evidence, they will have to present the evidence at some point. It never ends. Of course, if he decides no more evidence, then he has to set a date for when he decides. I am numb to it all at this point.
