Don't know how you hold hands on a message board, but I will say that Golong is one of a few posters here that I respect. We have been on opposite sides of this case for years, and we have argued our opinions strenuously with each other. I have learned that he is a well trained lawyer who has practiced for many years and he understands the law and how the court system works. Most posters here do not. Lawyers are trained to fight like cats and dogs in court, but not take it personal. When court is over for the day, we can, and often do, go out for drinks and a few laughs, all the while holding our cards concerning the case close to our vests. Both of us kept up with the trial of this case, we have read Judge Parsons' decision, as well as the decision of the Delaware Supremes, and particularly its instructions to Judge Parsons on remand. It should be no small wonder that we would agree on the probable damage award.
Oh don't worry about it sellinglowandbuyinghigh...The Chancery Court and Judge Parsons decided just today to provide you, and only you, with a full transcript of all of the Pip v Siga future court proceedings for free, plus a full recording, and to notify you first with any and all verdicts or decisions of the Court, just because you are such a nice little #$%$! LOL! Happy New Year #$%$!
no need to get upset, Mr.Pseudolawyer. It's not your fault you didn't know about the recording available to all on the Deleware court's site. now go study a law 101 text book and try to acquire just a bit of legal jargon to help your facade here. what a tool.
