Starting to wonder if Rose sold more shares, or other mgmnt

Why does this sucker NEVER go up, only down? Have they all thrown in the towel and started selling?

Have been registering thumbs up for all posters on this thread---

This whole thing should have and still could be settled in about six hours--
Have Shareholder been subjected to cruel and unusual punishment in violation
of the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution?

      Not 5 Directors, not 6, not 7, not 8, not 9, not 10, not 11, but 12 Directors
at SIGA (Thats a whole lot of Directors!---What are they all doing?)

    • Drod....Seriously....Does anyone here have any idea when Parson's decision is due? That to me is the big unknown in buying the stock and holding it for more than a week or two. I mean, he could literally crush this company as a "going away" present, or, stick it to PIP and give them virtually nothing. Either way, an appeal is going to follow by someone, so you're still years away from finality of the litigation.

As the company also noted, it is likely that the FDA approval process for ST-246 will go beyond the current BARDA contract. I would add that the litigation will likely go beyond that time frame as well, no matter who "wins". So if you're buying the stock, even at these levels, what the heck are you "buying"?
Tell me the Pip v Siga litigation outcome and at least you have some foundation for an investment,

      • I'm not convinced he could crush the company....I mean, he already did that (along with the help of management), and I would think that scenario is already baked in. Right now, you're basically investing in hopes that the award is reduced or changed in SIGA's favor. You're also hoping that Rose drops dead of a heart attack, as that seems to be the only way to get him out. Parternships are NOT going to happen, that is clear. Neither is well thought out strategies and plans. These guys basically put 100%+ of their eggs in the 246 basket and paid for it. They didn't bother to look down the road, or consider what they would do if they lost the case. Worst, most inexperienced management team ever, and it shows. No foresight. It doesn't even seem to appear they even care about FDA approval anymore, or the company performance for that matter. They're all just milking to company for millions each year via absurd salaries.
