This company supposedly has $99M in cash, which is almost $2 per share, and the stock is barely trading at $2.50. and the market cap only 1.5X the cash on hand....and most of you people think the management team is effective?!? How would you rate management effectiveness in this situation if it were another company?? These guys are TERRIBLE, absolutely HORRENDOUS, yet they can keep their OVERLY inflated salaried jobs and don't even use any of their salary (that they're ripping the shareholders off with) to buy shares in THEIR OWN company! How pathetic is that? Seriously?
Doesn't matter, it's CASH on the books, CPS....a lot of times company's have cash that doesn't belong to them via payables, etc., but it's still considered.
I can't believe this company is literally 2 cents away from their 52 week LOW! Worse, this management team feels indifferent about it. they aren't insulted or embarrassed or feel like failures that no one wants to buy this stock. I would feel like a complete loser. I guess that Q2 report was really received positively! Someone should put a hypothetical bullet in Rose's head.
