For starters, the anemic dividend which is approximately one third of what NCT is paying___ I'm gonna give them one more quarter to get this ship turned around and if not, I will dump and buy more NCT....
Perhaps you didn't notice that NRZ's last (and first) dividend was only for about 45 days of the quarter. Run it out and it would have been most probably about .14 or so, and that's with a ton of cash still to be invested. If you call that 'anemic" I'd change your sentiment to "sell" . Some people just don't do their due diligence to understand a company and it's numbers.
You really need to be more patient. The current yield doesn't justify much if any increase in price. 4% isn't very exciting for a real estate equity. Let them operate for a few quarters then we'll see where this stock stands. I'm anticipating an increased yield followed by an increase in stock price. Rome wasn't built in a day.
One concern was their deployment of capital. If they haven't deployed capital or closed deals, there won't be income generated from it. I don't think this is a penny stock that is going skyrocket, but hopefully one with a stable dividend and some price appreciation over time.
