ok......you are right....that is part of it......remember productivity sounds great---it's a buzz word from all the mbas and phoney mbas........productivity can also be geckless and allow high tech companies to not safely manufacture the simplest of over the counter meds safely.....shame shame
This is what happens when you are done outsourcing all your engineers, quality control, and plant maintenance staff. Sure hope the company enjoyed the quarters of profit by outsourcing, now its time to pay the true cost.
You are correct. Just sit in front of any JnJ plant and the observe they makeup of employees, then compare to the unemployed experienced American professionals. They also just hire project managers to apply more pressure on the few technical staff that they have retained rather than retaining technical expertise. There are far more PMs than engineers.
Good message. Yes, MBA's learned how to fool everyone. Smoke and Mirrors all over the place. In the end, we all lose, because they don't know when enough is enough, and when to stop. Lesson learned: never, ever, ever hand the reigns of an organization to a Salesperson. Never. You will never hear the truth.
