Whilst I agree with all the anti Willie Wonka & BOD statements, I need to ask who are the replacements going to be ?

and also who they would recommend - to come too -
it's done all the time -
expensive ? hell yes !

leaving Wonka & board in charge ? how much do
you think they have cost JNJ in sales and most
of all - in reputation ?

but - getting rid of them "BOD" - is like
getting rid of AIDS - it's not going to happen -

they are like politicians -

Need to get another Johnson in charge and some (Johnson) family values back.

Done and I moved half my holdings out. For 3.5% CAGR there are much better prospects out there now.

In reality, shouldn't this stock be alot LOWER? If not for the massive coverage and institutional holding of this stock, it would have been absolutely punished on account of all the recalls and mismanagement. This company should be performing better because it is a better company than this, but if anything people should be wondering why it hasn't gone down, not up. Having said this, I am now considering taking a position if this is indeed the extent to which this stock will go down after absorbing all the recall news. At some point they will turn it around. I just hope we can clean house of all the big shots. of course the next thing we will be complaining about if the house cleaning is successful is the size of their golden parachutes...
