    Why did JJ stop selling Rolaids?Tums is candy

    I haven't found Rolaids on ANY shelf in the pasy 10 months and I bought Tums. Tum can be given out on halloween. It does't work. Can't figure you JJ...

      "Rolaids was a brand of antacid produced by McNeil Consumer Healthcare, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. The brand was acquired from Pfizer Consumer Healthcare as part of a merger in 2006. It was invented by American chemist Irvine W. Grote in the late 1920s. As a result of multiple recalls, production was suspended by the manufacturer in 2010.

      As of January 2012, the trademark for the Rolaids brand belongs to Chattem, a subsidiary of Sanofi."
