    lowewg2003, just curious

about your cost basis. ( will not blame you if you choose not to disclose this). The reason I ask is that this was a $1.25 stock about 6 months ago. When it fell to around 77 cents I bought, but then sold around 65 cents, taking a small loss on 8000 shares. Thank Goodness I sold when I did. Thought about getting back in, but the price action is scary, just when you think it has bottomed, it cntinues to fall.

Do you have a theory as to why the price keeps tanking, down about 90% since mid 2007? I know penny stocks often have huge insider selling as people who received shares for a couple of cents take profit. But also in penny stocks, large holders may dump realizing that the product is simply not going to make it and will eventually be bankrupt.

While celsius is gaining distributors, they are also battling the likes of Diet Coke and Zero, Diet Pepsi, Mountain Dew, et. al., Monster, Snapple, arizona ice tea, Lipton Diet green tea, etc. Lets face it, if Celsisus does not do a lot better at getting their product into CONSUMERS hands, they will be finished. The stock price seems to reflect this, but you seem to disagree with my assessment. Obviously you have some knowledge of the company, what do you think that the sellers might be overlooking?

      • more shares soon to be converted!! HaHa!!
look for more shares by July 10th

      • Always somebody going to be negative and TRY very hard to deem it a junk company!

Facts don't give you very much credibility as more stores stock the product in more areas every month!

You must be smarter than all the buyers in all those big distribution deals!

It was PUMPED out of the gate as we all know and then REPUMPED again in May 2007!

The CEO took action to stop the PUMPERS from running the stock like that so thus now the company is being built and then the stock falls into place much like many companies entering it's 2nd year of being a public company!

Blanket drive by posters are everywhere with old fishing stories about this guy they knew who did this and that!

Distribution increasing are facts are facts!

All the woman I know love the stuff!

      • Well we'll just see won't we big boy.

    • i shorted this stock for a long time so believe me, i know what im talking about. celsius was in stores in my area about a year ago. i talked to several store managers who said they were never ordering it again, they said they had to lower the price by 50-75% just to get rid of the little supply they had.

when i heard that i tried to warn anyone i knew and started my short position. i have long since covered but never would imagine actually taking a long position in CSUH. this company is frightening and is just putting bankruptcy off until some time in the future.
needless to say i have had to argue with schill after schill on boards that i would post on. if you notice, schills always like to pump nanocaps, they can be easily manipulated. they aer constantly saying how great celsius is and how many stores it will be in. dont be a sucker, let this money trap fade into history.

    • Just remember here my time frame for this stock is more along the lines of the next 18 months or so from here to see a real big run!

I never thought we would see this stock at .105!

I can't call tops and bottoms! I have to admit to the fact that I have been buying this stock for the past 8 months!

In recent days around the .13 to .15 range I have added more than 50% to what my share count was! I don't confess to be a trader so thus I'm getting my average cost down here to set up for the long term run!

Management is the key here in my opinion!

My thinking is that as the beverage business moves more and more towards the functional beverage products then the first to market product here is going to be on solid footing.

Every business has to finance growth via some type of debt and so the recent convertible debt offerings are very much par for the course here!

Meijers is a big retailer! Walgreens in Michigan to me means down the road it will be national in Walgreens!

Krogers is growing the stores that now carry the products!

Vitamin Shoppe started out with just a few states and then went national!

Well I have no idea what sellers are thinking but comparing Celsius to diet sodas is not a good comparison here.

The company is one year old and you think it's finished?

Did you read the facts that Dick McGee is vested in just 33% at a time as are most other insiders?

The COO doesn't get any shares till it hit 5 million dollars in combined revenues!

The CEO is vested again at 33% of total shares and that was effective Jan 19th

I think others from the Vector Ventures company were also share holders and aren't currently insiders in this company and I think they could have been selling here.

I think Vector Ventures was the name of the company that merged Elite FX to create Celsius? Maybe some people from that deal were selling but actual insiders to this company haven't disclosed any sales which I believe are SEC regulations?

I don't think any insiders here have currently sold any shares? I would question the intent of that! I don't think they can sell any shares here with the reporting period close here.

If anything I have mentioned here is wrong please feel free to correct me as I'm just writing it from memory!

one of the reason I'm in this stock is in this article

      http://online.wsj.com/article/SB119517314579995043.html?mod=yahoo_hs&ru=yahoo

She wants PepsiCo to derive 50% of U.S. revenue by 2010 from health-oriented products or healthier varieties of its "indulgent" treats. Sales of those products currently make up a percentage of revenue in the "mid- 40s" range.

The veteran deal maker also hasn't shied from acquisitions. The company is pursuing multiple smaller acquisitions, ranging from $5 million to $2 billion in value, to fill geographical and portfolio gaps.

      • That is one possibility, a buyout. Pepsi could buy Celsius with the pennies under the seat of the CEO's maserati, or whatever he drives.

If it is true that insiders are not selling, I would be worried a bit. When a stock declines 90%, especially a penny stock, insider selling is almost always the reason for the drop. In fact, if it is a legitimate company and you can figure out when most formerly restricted or insider shares have been dumped, this is when a turnaround usually occurs.

I may still take a dip here, but it will probably be a small one. There is an argument that downside potential is much smaller than upside at this point, after all, it cannot decline by more than 12 cents a share. And at least the company has real products that some people actually seem to be drinking, which is more than many penny stocks can say.
