that if they don't do a deal with a big pharma backer soon, they will need to raise more cash. Hopefully enough cash to get through the just approved ALZ trial. So, for me the time to buy will be after the next dilution and not before.....GLTA
I agree with eskays54. I think the share price already reflects the market's expectation of substantial future dilution of the stock. There will probably be numerous small dilutions over the coming year, and none of these will likely affect the price very much on their own. People have had plenty of chances to buy shares in the $1.50 range over the past year. If you wait to buy in the hope that it will come back down to $1.50, you may never end up buying. Worse yet, if a deal were announced in the near future, the price would probably go a lot higher than its current $2 level, and you'd end up getting far fewer shares for your money.
They've declared 4.6M shares (9/3) and I'm betting another declaraion of 5M+ soon to cover the last few days. That's a 3% dilution over the last month and the price has risen some 25%. The only bigger dillution that could be coming is a pharma deal but I'd think you'd want to be on board before that.
