The dilution issue continues to come up as a criticism time and time again. they are funding the company, research and trials with this money. there are just not that many shares outstanding. Pran has two trials in process. There is not one bit of evidence that it's drugs do not work. The only negative news I can even conjure up is that a large pharma has not struck a deal on any of their compounds. I believe the large pharmaceutical have many brilliant people but have seen enough evidence from the deals they have made in this sector and their own research efforts that they are from genius's in compound picking or company picking. In terms of dilution one could make a case that there are not enough shares outstanding for a large fund complex to invest in prana.
