Any True Longs on this board?

any thoughts as to what will happen if the r/s vote gets approved? I am a novice so would like some input...but I still called in my votes against.

    •  Reasons for the RS

Reducing the share "float," or the number of shares available on the public market. To a potential Fund, a reduction in the float and a high share price is always desirable. With fewer shares outstanding, the earnings-per-share number rises, which in turn supports the share price. Having issued new shares has diluted the the stock value.

Because only 0.1% of the authorized shares under the Certificate of Incorporation remain available for issuance, we require additional available authorized shares of common stock to provide for any potential future stock issuances to raise capital, (effect acquisitions) and/or provide equity incentives to employees.

What do you think about these numbers

      Shares outstanding  262.86M
      Shares held by Institutions 207.78M
      Shares held by insiders 3.32%

Institutions have been accumulating, with a 5 dollar + PPS
      Others will come on board.

    • Yeah been here since 2008. Why should they do a reverse split? I don't see any benefit to them in doing that. I think a bunch of newbies came up with that pointless idea. IMO

    • No. They have all been taken to the woodshed.
