Nice try! Just look around and see what is happing in the auto and airline industries. Look what happened in the steel industry. Pay attention. Union membership in the private sector is at all-time lows. Ultimately, the decision to bust the union will be up to the workers. I am suggesting that it would be in your best interest to do so.
Well, well,well----It looks like Verizon and the CWA reached another contract agreement. If the Union is so bad why does Verizon keep settling contract after contract after contract with them?? Why don't they just let them go on strike and replace them with scabs like you?????
telcomtech8, From reading your posts, no way are you a telecomunication technician. You are evasive when questioned about your real occupation. You spout "union decertification" like it is your mantra. You have been told again and again that no one is following your posts. You continue with "decertify the union" Why don't you join the abortion debate, and I will find you less annoying.
He would only be happy if every union member in Verizon would lose the pension and benefits--even better if they lost their jobs-- He thinks only people in management give any kind of effort towards improving this company. I stopped responding to his messages a long time age
Why does Ivan slap his managers around ? Because he can ..... thank god for union contracts and anyone out there that want to bash the union . Try to work with out and you'll see how nice it is to have a union .
It is not about whether or not I am happy, its about the investment community. Why is it that the Wireless segment is doing well with NON-UNION labor? The wireless segment is generating more net income with a smaller workforce. We dont hear any complaints about pay and benefits from the Wireless employees. Apparently, the Wireless segment continues to reject the union.
