Today I spoke with 6 Verizon customer service representatives for two hours to find out why they charged my credit card in the months of Sept. and October for $1.65 and $6.57 when I disconnected their service in May. They kept transferring me to different reps and all told me that my service was disconnected and there is no bill issued. They could not explain why my credit card was charged. Therefore I believe the hackers got into the Verizon's database. I am calling my credit card to dispute the charges right now. Shall I report to FBI?
