Like millions of Americans.....I hope the Verizon workers stay on strike another 3 months until their completely bankrupt.
I'd like to see them waiting tables at the Waffle House - where I occasionally go when I get the hankering.
I'd like to see them washing the dishes their too. Give the Verizon jobs to the Mexican immigrants who are willing to work hard and aren't spoiled bastids.
Verizon is the only one who will be receiving cwa's. Money from those lawsuits they will filing for sabotage and cwa union members will be paying into their medical to cover the cost.
I have no love for the union, but no one should want someone to be in a situation where they could lose their home. I would hope the union leaders would see reason before they cause their members to get that desperate. If not you will see a lot of members quit the union and cross the line. The union won't want that because it will risk the union getting busted.
Lose their home you must be kidding--People are living on the banks DOLE for years staying in homes and not paying a dime, and in some cases---Collecting rents and not paying mortgages!!!. It now takes 3yrs. or longer, to fully evict homeowners from homes---then there are strategic defaults. Banks are not foreclosing as easily as you might think!!!, oh--and if the paperwork is ROBO signed forget about evicting anyone. Banks no longer want to foreclose on anyone, but they will after years of wrangling with attorneys and forbearance etc...---they dont want to be responsble for the property.
Wake up it now takes years to foreclose and evict occupants, the system is full of games to be played to stay in a home and pay nothing.
Naples.....Sounds like you never had a Union Job that paid well. Sounds like those minimum wage Burger Flipper extravaganzas you spent most of your life at just didn't quite do it. Bet the Wiffy is proud of the loser she hooked up with...I hear it from many wives...Glad I Married a Union Worker or Wish I had Married a Union Worker.......
You sir are what is wrong with the American Economy
let me tell you this.. IF during the housing boom American union labor were doing all the building and renovating and the contractors and owners took a little less for themselves ... If American citizens were supporting their local restaurants theaters shopping centers and car dealers with their middle class paychecks...instead of outsourcing or insourcing Mexican itinerant day workers as slave labor that took their sub minimum slave wages back to Mexico...if that were the case ..there would never have been the Bush anti American economic collapse
But it's acceptable to act like the strikers have been? Please enough already with the double standards. You guys are good at two things...deflect all questions asked and follow " do as a say and not as I do".
As not having anything to do with Verizon or the unions you guys have lost my support.
