You surely are trolling. The union had the choice, have a job with slightly lower pay, or not have a job and get nothing. They chose to not have a job and got exactly what they asked for. Now 13,000 other employees also do not have a job because of their idiotic decision.
It's a good thing the unions have the best interest of their membership in mind.
BS the union took concessions before. The company wants more concessions but the ceo got extremly high salary increases. That is crap.
And in case you did not see it today the union is willing to have mediation.
