    Anyone - FRO

Didnt mean to single out Audio, I've just chatted w/ him b4 regarding this stuff. What do you guys think?

The FRO message board is ridiculous, so I figured I'd better inquire here. What do you think about FRO moving forward? The rates for their ships (are they bottomed) and the over-supply issue? I like it around $25 but if the outlook is really gloom I'll wait.

    Thanks!

    • Jim, the last thing we need is that group coming over here LOL (so far so good but you are right its turned into a Joke!...Use to be one of the best MB on YH)...This SDRL mb has a lot of sharp people here too...Personally I've owned FRO since Q406 and still hold my original shares and have added twice (my cost average is well under $30 but doesn't include dividends) and I've taken every dividend (19 I think plus 2 or 3 spin offs) in cash...JF isn't very enthused about the Tanker market right now and rightfully so; FRO imho is a very long term parking lot for your money that will eventually pay for itself thru the dividends if held long enough (and of course the risk is that demand for oil/tankers increases and that JF will increase the div which he is committed to doing when business is good)...I'm not as high on FRO anymore as I once was but will not sell (also remember there were years were we received $4-$6+ per annum div rate and those days are gone now), SDRL seems to be heading in a much better direction at this point in time, just imho...glta and happy divs!
