All shares no options.
Raising cash to purchase shares after the divy is paid is my plan because I do expect short sighted investors to dump their shares more than the divy paid.
I will sit back and collect the divy if this does not recover.
I'm looking out 6-12 months and see the stock price recovering, so if you hold long enough there should be no loss on the purchase of shares.
This move by JF is great as it separates the long term holders from the traders.
Normally I'm a trader on sdrl, but I like this easy div. money and will hold for a year until this recovers.
When the traders dump this after the divy I will be there to pick up any shares that get very cheap.
