You got that right but you have to look at the details. It's all about how they report it. I think the npl market is the new msr. If you look at the last posted presentations they are flipping homes in bulk. Buy at .50 on the dollar and sell at .7 to .8. I don't know if they deserve the premium to book but this is mainly a growth story till the npl market becomes saturated like the msr market has become.
