CNBC to air PC Mag. Top PC's of year!

has anyone looked at PC Magazine or PC Magazine's website......its a wall-to-wall ad for Dell and Intel.....Intel/Dell logos are on every page of the website multiple times....Are they supposed to be an independent evaluator of products, or Intel's propaganda machine?????

CNBC needs to at least appear independent

Not a very convincing article. The say Dell gets an A+ they proceed to say that readers disagree. The furhter confuse the picture by trying to explain how they grade on a curve ...

The keep going back to Dell trying to justify their score and knock down all others.

If it wasn't so pathetic it would be funny.

      • This is really getting to be laughable. PC Magazine trying to twist the truth to prop their number one advertiser.

I have been dealing with Dell as a professional for 5 years now. Back then they had awesome service. About 3 years ago I noticed that service quality was starting to drop. In the past year it has nose dived. Right now Dell is living off of its old reputation. Things are starting to catch up with them.

The only true rating system I trust is resellerratings.com. If you look at Dell their you can see what I have said, is being shown their. Dell used to have a decent rating but today it is now 3.69 overall for the last 6 months. Their tech support is a 1.85. Pitiful in every way.

Dell is near the peak of their reign. It is the same old story we have watched for every top computer company. The forget the customer for profits when they are on top and then the customers leave them. It's just a matter of who the next top dog will be.

      • You have to wonder how subjective the results can be, when there's a big Dell add on every page.

They must have a larger budget than THG.
