    CPU Pricing

AMD CPU prices r not declining look at the price for a X2 4400+. All u fools that r saying AMD has to cut prices this and has to cut prices that. Show me where they r cutting prices give me a link at NEWEGG or some other e-tailer. AMD does not have to lower their prices because they r selling every darn CPU they r making. Only the Anal-ysts r saying they have to lower prices AMD is definately not saying they r going to.

    • intc is the one with the huge inventory problem, not AMD.

intc price reductions apparently do not stimulate demand. They actually reinforce the general feeling that AMD and intc have begun to switch rolls.

    • I have been tracking Newegg's X2 prices since Sep.'05. There hasn't been a substantial change in their 4400+ pricing since the late-Jan to mid-Feb. time range. It was selling for $458 on Feb.20. Two days ago it was $462.
