Intel being a larger company does not make it a better investment. Historically the share price of Intel has been 2x AMD.
This changes when he shorts pounded AMD down to the point of being WAY OVER SOLD.
On January 20, 2009 AMD was beat down to $2. Intel was at over 11X AMD.
JUST LIKE TODAY, AMD IS OVER SOLD with intel trading 8X AMD.
BY December 30, 2009 AMD RALLIED UP TO $9.77. OVER 450% while Intel climbed from 18.64 up only 60%.
I would rather MAKE A PROFIT OF 450% than 60%.
HERE WE ARE REPEATING 2009 AGAIN.
If Intel goes up $0.50 you make only a 3% profit. IF AMD GOES UP, YOU MAKE A 20% PROFIT.
(((It sure looks like I can get more PROFITS on A BEAT DOWN OVER SOLD AMD than with INTEL.
P.S. Intel does not have over 140 million shares short slowly covering and pushing AMD up just like they drove AMD down or calls on the futures market indicating that AMD will be GOING UP 40% OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS.
Many new products (((slates & tablets that will be replacing some of the lost PC revenue.))) along with new chips.
AMD, thanks to acquiring Sea Micro and use that technology partnering with ARM will give AMD the edge over Intel in the mobile market.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
