Richland very modest refresh of the Trinity platform, Richland makes NO Substantial Changes to either the CPU or GPU. It incorporates some clock speed improvements, better power management, and a few new software features, but the core architecture is identical to Trinity.
Debt laden AMD plays the lame old rename game again. After AMD's POS trashes one name they just wait a while hoping people will forget and rename the same POS to make it look like a new product.
When all you got is late and lame wattsuckers, you rename, remarket, and repump the same APU POS with renamed message board POS pumping bullies.
Bottom line: Nothing has changed for debt laden AMD its just another lame name game.

In IceStorm benchmark, the AMD A10-6700 scored 67,462 points while the GPU score was 86,027 points. The A10-5800K scored 56098 points (65657 for the GPU) in the same test. The A10-6700 was 20% in overall and 31% better in terms on GPU performance compared to the flagship Trinity A10-5800K APU. The most notable gain was seen in the FireStrike DirectX 11 benchmark where the A10-6700 came out as much as 80% faster than the Core i5-3570K HD 4000 iGP and 23% faster than A10-5800K. The new APU codenamed “Richland” is currently shipping to OEMs and delivers visual performance increases ranging from more than 20 percent to up to 40 percent over the previous generation of AMD A-Series APUs1. “Richland” is expected to come bundled with new software for consumers such as gesture- and facial-recognition to dramatically expand and enhance consumers’ user experiences. The follow-on to “Richland” will be the 28nm APU codenamed “Kaveri” with revolutionary heterogeneous system architecture (HSA) features which is expected to begin shipping to customers in the second half of 2013.
