For Q2 there was no growth in PCs, servers or laptops. Lots of growth in tablets, phones and other non-device segments. In Q2 AMD didn't sell any significant volume into any of the growth segments, and instead watched its market share in the declining segements continue to erode. Haswell is a headshot to AMD in PCs, laptops and servers. Atom is the door locking on AMD's silly ARM server pipedream. Titan is the lethal injection for AMD's flailing GPU business.
AMD is no longer dying. In Q2 it actually died. Watch for bad news during the CC. Maybe Read, who has run the company into the ground, will be forced to resign.
