your best bet is to sell your shares. there won't be a buyout on AMD due to cross licensing agreement with intel. unless, of course, they don't want the x86 technology which should reduce the share price to about $0.50/share.
That is the _last_ reason anyone would buy out any company. The people who currently own a company are the enemy of anyone who wants to buy it. Their job is to negotiate you down until you're paying them to take it.
But that's moot, since there's nothing of AMD that anyone would want. It has negative value as an investment. The smart money doesn't buy AMD. It sells it and waits for it to disappear.
