Origin PC, holds nose and tells AMD "Get out!"

Yet another computer makers has had enough and has given AMD their walking papers. When asked why Origin PC clearly states:

"This decision was based on a combination of many factors including customer experiences, GPU performance/drivers/stability, and requests from our support staff. Based on our 15+ years of experience building and selling award winning high-performance PCs, we strongly feel the best PC gaming experience is on NVIDIA GPUs."

In short AmD stuff is worthless PoS. nVidia is vastly superior.

What a PoS company. What PoS products. Longs deserve to lose all their money on this worthless pig.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

Actually, someone from AMD already stated the company is involved with the Steam Box and said but it's not vocal about it. It's obvious that the most likely APU for the Steam Box is Kaveri, so it's quite logical there are no AMD prototypes yet - at least not in the open as the APU is still in the dark. But again, someone from AMD stated they are involved.

Furthermore, big Linux players are members of or somehow involved with the HSA foundation. Ubuntu, Canonical, Texas Instruments are members and Oracle supports HSA. It's logical that Valve will also support HSA and support AMD hardware.

    • Get real, the decision was based on their partnership with NVIDIA and them feeling threatened by AMD's new gfx cards. I know plenty of people that use AMD products with ZERO problems, this PR was a smear campaign by NVIDIA. You shorts try anything to drive the price down. lol
