Its an illusion now if anyone thinks that capitalism is about shareholders. Shareholders haven't made out in the last 10 years but management has done quite well during this period yet the poor shareholder in many cases have seen their stock prices below the purchase price. And this is in a period where they've move their operations and out source everything to cheap labor countries yet the stock price has done nothing. maybe its because management has taken those so called gains in compensation and diluting the equity with rich stock option rewards. So what we've learned from the last ten years is that management has taken care of themselves before shareholders. Finally - all these years and no dividend - why?
Because they are at the forefront of the "megatrends". Right...give me a break, Mr. CEO. That is flashy CEO speak...kind of like "don't watch what my left hand is doing; watch my right hand". So my left hand can clean out the cash register.
