Are they leaving with NO COMPETE Agreements In Place????
I've been upside down with a small part of my investment since the Private Placement MANY YEARS AGO! Made some money as it wiped around and stumbled several times. Gave them all the rope needed to make this happen as they did it before with remarkable results for the many years. When the last big pay raises were taken, I knew it was not going any where. Too much money taken out of the company for just owning 58 stores!!!! Didn't pencil for the Stockholders!!! It will be interesting to see how the new team players grow this company and earn confidence back to the stockholders & markets. I wish them all the best of luck.
I wonder the same thing. Glenster had the old Junck yard dogs all over me when my family all got "laid off". I got more nasty letters than I care to count. Since then the Sparks NV location has seen dozens of staff members, the most recent of which all just jumped ship last week and got on board with a new staffing company across town. I wonder if they have anything to enforce? That Sparks office has been a bleeding wound for Command for the last several years. I will be surprised if the poor gal they dropped that store on has even a chance to turn that place around with the damage done to the name Command; it used to be the premium game in town.
Someone needs to do a thorough background check on this Bubba Ceo, kinda odd there is not meaningful experience especially with a MBA form Cornell...You would think he would at least worked for some time with a major company.....Beside running a small septic tank disposal company and a small security company a for a very short time at a wildlife conservative company I have not found anything else...Odd for being an independent business advisor in the Bay area not to have a better resume.....He did play hockey though, with the Sharks for awhile I believe !!....That should help....
THE very good part of a company like this, NOT REAL ROCKET SCIENCE issues. Match workers with employers. Have a pay each day program to get the best workers in the area and you will attract the best employers. PRETTY SIMPLE FORMULA. Throw in a very GOOD computer management program to keep the office people count as low as possible and you have a GREAT LITTLE BUSINESS scattered all over the country.
I hope they get this company performing to a level that another LARGER company will inhale it at a nice premium to where it is valued today. Good Luck to all.
