That isn't how it works. Companies like Hershey go out and direct agencies to buy a certain amount of reach and frequency' in TV. The agencies then decide how to get that across Network, Cable, Spot TV and the different times of day within the budget. For Cable, they tend not to buy channels but to buy from providers like Comcast who then plug things in across their channels to meet the targeting requirements. So they usually don't know what stations they are getting on, unless they tie into something specific (like wanting to get on during Top Chef or something like that). Now they CAN say that they don't want to be run on a certain network. it is likely that they don't even know that they are running on Al Jazeera - call them and they might direct their agencies to move their spots off of AJ
