I have recent small longs I have purchased here as my lottery ticker. I can only find three analysts covering dlgc, one sell and two holds. The co is shedding payroll and is clearly hemorrhaging and may likely go zero. On the other hand I am seeing roughly 50% institutional and wildly could be a multi-bagger. Hence the lottery ticket.
