their own stock does not look good
This is what I came up with...
Horst Zerbe owns 4,934,643.5 shares and has options for another 95,000 shares at $0.60
Ingrid Zerbe owns 5,956,356.5 shares and has options for another 15,000 shares at $0.54
Simmons has options for 385,000 shares. 100,000 of those shares are at $0.85 and are expiring on Sept. 8th. 2013. Hopefully they will just expire.
Khosla has options for 517,500 shares, with none expiring any time soon.
Neither Simmons or Khosla own any shares. I would like to see them buy shares on the open market and let their options expire!
Now let's move onto the directors...
Melchers owns 45,000 shares at an average cost of $0.687 and has options for another 100,000 shares (25,000 at $0.61 and 75,000 at $0.45) that do not expire any time soon.
Cohen (former director) owns 330,000 shares. It is hard to tell what his cost was. He has no options.
Boudreau owns 35,000 shares at $0.70 and has options for another 123,088 shares at $0.54 that do not expire any time soon.
Troup doesn't own any shares but has options for 100,000 shares (25,000 at $0.61 and 75,000 at $0.85) He, like Simmons, has options expiring on Sept. 8th. 2013. His are the 75,000 at $0.85
Marinucci doesn't own any shares but has options for 75,000 shares at $0.37 that do not expire any time soon.
