If you agree just bump this thread after a pumper posts their BS.
Feel free to add a reason you think it's a scam. Only 1 reason per post. No repeating reasons unless adding more substantiation for it.
1) Hasn't produced audited financial for as long as I've followed (my guess is 10 years).
I've been following this stock for 7 years and all I have seen is "Announcements" that never develop into anything. Save your time and just send Joe a check because this stock will never go anywhere.
Keep this thread going and send Joe to jail !!!!
I have not been on this board for more than a year and just checked in to see if it's still alive. I bought more than 10,000 shares 3 years ago and unloaded it and made money out of it. I'm very surprise that this is still alive!
However, this company is a total scam. There is no physical address, no product, and no plan. Joe is probably the only one in this ridiculous scam, with a few regular guys pumping the stock from time to time. If you don't want to lose money. stay out of it. There is nothing here for anybody!

Green Star Products, Inc. (US OTCPK: GSPI) and its Consortium today announced that it will be auctioning the United States licensing rights to a game changing proprietary algae growth biotechnology on September 9, 2010. Presently, the algae industry is being kept from commercialization because of its inability to produce enough biomass. The technology to overcome this handicap is now available and will be licensed at an auction later this year.
So what happened? The auction was called off because there was a large pending contract.
Green Star's President, Mr. Joseph LaStella, stated, "The auction was canceled because Green Star Products and its Consortium has entered into final negotiations to build the largest closed vertical algae bioreactor in the world here in the United States (initial phase planned for 10,000,000 liter continuous culture)
Where is the contract!! LOL
My guess not one soul bid on it so Joe had to make up something to back out of it.
