    • Hmmm.. I wonder if some of the guilty parties want to prevent their names from being mentioned....... If they do, they know who to contact....

      Stay tuned, more to follow.....

    • I am wondering how much people might be able to benefit from names being named and events that took place. Maybe that might be of interest.

    • Thank you for the vote of support. I just wish corporate officers of companies would do their jobs and not violate employee rights, get software working properly in a timely fashion, and not do things that are unethical and illegal. It would certainly make life more enjoyable. But unfortuntately some corporate officers get real selfish and greedy and think they have a right to screw people over.

Maybe some day soon, things will get cleaned up and victims will get their proper restitution.

    • Sorry for your situation and wish you the best of luck

    • Didn't I explain it enough? Put two and two together and you get something called restitution for pain and suffering and violations that are illegal. Does that make sense?

What would you think if you lost your career because some snot nosed jerks violated a ton of different laws and you didn't have money to defend yourself?

Good attorneys cost money. Being a victim of a wrongful termination makes it almost impossible to work in the same industry or even get a job in another.

What about losing money from stock because the company isn't fixing or updating their software to make more sales, that sounds like a class action lawsuit to me. Doesn't it?

Corporate officers have a fiduciary responsibility to ensure their products work and that they aren't violating laws against their employees. THINK ABOUT IT.

    • I bought this stock at $7, what's your problem with the company except not making any money.

    • I could probably make some guestimates, but then again I would probably divuldge some information that people don't want to hear. I don't think it's the technology that's the problem.

co. withdrew from american markets (nasdaq) a number of years ago as the co made the decision that the listing was too expensive......this may be reconsidered in 2009.

    • article says explosion in demand, mainly driven by regulatory, legal and investigative requirements created from fall of credit cruch says a money manager based in London.
London based co so probably does not get much press in USA. I was intrigued by
this co but have not purchased it yet. Suzanne
